All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. We offer shipping to:
USA: 2-7 business days for the product to arrive.
Canada: 4-16 business days for the product to arrive.
Your order may be subject to duties and customs fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Doseology is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time and to comply with all import laws that apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement.

how do i check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, please let us know via email at email@example.com with your name and order number, and our customer care team will assist you in checking your order.
If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your order number and a description of the reason for the desired return.
We will gladly refund the purchase price of your returned product in full within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date, and the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unopened with the seal fully intact. No exceptions. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less shipping charges). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This time is usually 5-10 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
