Shawn Balaghi brings over 20 years of experience in the capital markets industry globally, holding key roles in finance, corporate development, and strategic planning. Previously, he has served as the CEO and CFO for several publicly listed companies and has worked closely with some of the largest independent auditing firms in Canada and the US.
Christopher Cherry
CFO
Christopher Cherry brings over 15 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. His previous roles include Director, CFO, and Secretary for several public companies across a broad range of sectors. Christopher, a Chartered Accountant since February 2009, has specialized in auditing junior public companies and IPOs during his tenure at KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver.
Daniel Vice
DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER
Daniel Vice brings advanced knowledge in pharmacotherapeutics, neuroscience, and psychiatry to Doseology. He is passionate about an integrative approach to mental health, including evidence-based treatments with the goal of achieving the best health outcomes for individuals. Daniel is a nurse and received his Master’s Degree in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University. Daniel was recently featured in the Policy 2050 report “Innovations in Dietary Supplements."

Scott Reeves has 20+ years focused on securities, corporate finance, M&A and commercial transactions. In addition to serving on several TSX and TSX Venture exchange across multiple industries, Scott is also a partner at Tingle Merrett LLP in Calgary. He is Past Chairman and Member of the Canadian Bar Association, Calgary Bar and Law Society of Alberta.
